Since you have a work permit or are PR/citizen then apply for jobs on job bank, Indeed, monster etc. If on a work permit, what type are you on.

You said you are legally allowed to work in Canada so you aren’t legally allowed to work in Canada then. You need to find an employer who can’t find a Canadian or PR to do the job, and employer gets a LMIA. Then you apply for closed work permit.

These are Canada’s economic immigration programs. Express Entry is what most people apply to, as you don’t need a job offer. You do need your education assessed, language tests, skilled work experience.

You don’t register, you create a profile. You need IELTS (language tests minimum CLB 7), Education assessments for your degrees, and one year of continuous skilled work experience to be eligible.
