Dear,

My partner and I would like to apply for a Resident Visa with EE.
We're both professionals with diplomas, work experience (same NOC 2171) and looking forward to sitting the IELTS soon.

Our questions are,

Should we apply SEPARATELY?
Should we apply TOGETHER (main applicant and spouse)?

If we apply together... Let's say I'm the main applicant and he's my spouse. Does MY PARTNER get THE SAME VISA with THE SAME RIGHTS?

Thanks in advance,

What do you mean if we're on the top 5%?

If I submit a profile, and get a job offer... My points would be near 1060+- (given that the job offer is 600 points on itself).

Thanks,

P.S. What would be another option?

I had my own business back to my country and to my business also my wife was helping me too can I give her references so she can apply for the EE? Because she can range bigger score than me. What do u think?

Hi frnds.
Thnks for all the help.

My questions is. in EE der is a question tht
What is the NOC code on your work permit?
Wht we have to mention bcz der is no such code on my work permit as I have open work permit.

I have a post graduate work permit in Canada. In case I have an offer of arranged employment, Do I still need LMIA to get additional 600 points?
Also is it necessary to get a job in my related field of qualification to be eligible for immigration?

I am really confused. Can i please get some help here?

Can you please tell me what this mean "Do you have a Qualifying Canadian Job Offer (supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment)?"
how should I answer this since I already have a job so I dont need a job offer. and how do I know whether my employer is under LMIA?

and what is a Certificate of Qualification issued by a Canadian Province or Territory (excluding Quebec and Nunavut) mean? Do i need to have one? Who needs to apply for that? I work as a jewellery appraiser, do I need that?

Thank you !

I have a 2+ years Ontario college Diploma from a Sheridan College in Canada (Business Accounting). But I studied as a part time. How can I answer these Questions ? Can I get a points for Express Entry ?

1. Do you have a Certificate of Qualification issued by a Canadian Province or Territory (excluding Quebec and Nunavut) ?

2. Have you completed at least two academic years of full-time study, in a program at least two years long, at a secondary or post-
secondary school IN CANADA?
