I've applied under FSW and submitted my application on 25th Dec, and now I'm applying for Express Entry, but I haven't received any file no/ UCI no, how to deal with it!!?? Please help me out.!?
It is not accepting without previous file no.!

Someone on the forum had emailed CIC regarding the same issue.
"7 days ago I've sent an email to CIC asking them if I can apply to EE or not as I have applied to FSW 2014, but didn't hear anything from them about my application and don't know my UCI."

The response from CIC was such

"Until we have confirmed that you have an application in process, please answer "No" to this question."

About PNP holders who already received their certificate, one can only claim 600 points if got the nomination through EE stream(I confirmed it with Ontario Opportunity)

"Your certificate will show which stream you were nominated under. This will tell you if you should apply under Express Entry or the regular application process.

Applying through Express Entry – If you were nominated under an Express Entry stream, your first step to apply is the Come to Canada tool, if you are not already in the Express Entry pool.
OR

Applying through the regular application process – if you were nominated under a regular PNP stream, you should apply using the regular application process.
If you apply through Express Entry, find out how it works."

I have adoubt regarding the express entry system. Actually I already applied for FSW 2014 and I send my file to CIC on OCT 14 2014 for 2173(Software engineer). But it is likely not accepted as the quota got filled. I want to apply for express entry, but while creating the express entry form, there is a question in Immigration history and Citizenship paragraph "Has rose rosemathew applied to Citizenship and Immigration Canada before? " what should be the answer for this? If I am giving yes since I send my file on October 2014 they are asking for "Unique Client Identifier " number which I dont have since my file is not accepted there. I will get this only after I get my file back I suppose. what should I do in this situation?

And also If I am eligible to apply without UIC number Is it possible to apply with document copy if I got ITA?(As I am not sure when I will be getting my doc back from CIC)

Is there any way to contact CIC to request for my file back if it is not accepted? Eagerly waiting for your reply. Please help me on this

That means ur profile is not complete. Does all show complete?

I have completed all the forms but I dont see any electronic signature, no submit button.
And by the way personal details became in progress when I click on check for completeness everything is ok.
I deleted my EE profile thrice and recreated, tried 3 browsers but same issue.

Say No if you have no info whether ur file is considered or not.

Go to each section and click on "check for completeness"
Untill all the sections are completely filled, you will not get "Continue" button.
There is no submit button, its continue.
