Income Tax is required to show that you Actually had a job and works in favour of you along with your reference letter.
Other than that, i dont know if it is required.
What checklist are you referring to?

greeting for the day,
Are income tax returns mandatory as tax information is asked in the check list but i am not sure if it is really necessary.

Letter of reference is important and compulsory,
But in addition to this your Pay stubs, ITRs, Increment approvals and work Contracts are optional and more proofs u give to CIC better satisfied they are about your being working in past.

greetings for the day,
right now i am facing problem regarding proof of relationship i had mentioned about my uncle ( my fathers brother) who is citizen of canada. Problem is neither my father and uncle are having birth certificates. What proof hence we should submit.

further for proof of residency for my uncle what is required, as they are asking for followings;

Proof of residency:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of:
• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment,
• monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• credit card invoices and bank statements.
Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six (6)
months old from the date of your application submission.

You have to provide some of the above mentioned documents that are applicable to your uncle in Canada and regarding Birth certificates of your Uncle, you can attach an affidavit stating your relationship with your uncle if you dont have any other proof.

Hi,

I have scored 66/67 in CIC. I am one point short of eligibility.I have submitted my EE application and it was rejected back saying ineligible. Is there a way to link with job bank without entering the Express entry pool and get a offer letter(so that I will get extra points) and resubmit my application again ? Please let me know whether this is possible ? If possible kindly share me the job bank url to register.
