Answer: pupunta ka na sa accredited hospital ng embassy pero kung sa manila ka mag papamedical sa st.lukes eto po ang link kung anu ang dadalhin mo at gagawin

Answer: me isa po kayong option sa pag process ng passport renewal pinakamablis po na puntahan eh sa DFA LUCENA nag aaccept po sila ng walk in applicant basta ipakita nyo ang request ng embassy about sa passport renewal. Wag nyo kalimutan mag dala ng birth certificate at old passport at valid id photo copy ng mga valid id nyo
Question: guarantee po ban a maaprove ang application ko? Kung passport renewal?
Answer: hindi depende sa v.o kung maaprove ka o hindi lagging tatandaan v.o ang nag dedecide ng application naten kung maaprove tayo o hindi.
Question: nareceive ko na po yung visa application ko at approved ako! Ano po susunod ko gagawin?
Answer: if agency ka need mo ng POLO, OEC at PDOS..sa POEA if direct hire OEC at PDOS lang eto galing sa isang member sa forum na to basa sa baba..
1. POEA - have your papers reviewed and will give you instructions for POLO verification and PDOS Endorsement. (Bring original and 1 set of photocopy of LMO, Contract, Passport and Visa). They will inform you of the requirements that you need to complete
2. PDOS - Have your PDOS scheduled with POEA. They'll give you a cert for this (half day training).
3. OWWA - Have your training (Language Assesment and Stress Management) scheduled. Its also PDOS but this is a different seminar. If you're lucky like others, you will be allowed to attend the seminar on the same day (half day and usually starts at 10:30 AM) so its better if you go there early. You have to fill out a form that they'll be giving you before they give you a sched. Bring photocopy of LMO, Contract, POLO email and PDOS Cert from POEA.
4. POEA - submit original and photocopies of 2 PDOS Cert and the POLO email. (You will get this from POEA as well). Wait for your papers to be verified and you can already pay Processing Fee.Once you're paid, they'll give the exit clearance
Once done ka na sa lahat I think pwede kana umalis lalo na pag me plane ticket kana. Na galing sa employer. -if mag rereapply ka using the same LMO make sure na me bago sa application mo and try mo gumawa ng cover letter informing the visa officer what is your plans and purpose for visit sa Canada sometimes V.O wants to read and need naten sila iinform about sa application naten
Don't leave it to them (the VOs) to assume, what your intentions in the application are as usually they tend to lean towards being protective.
-if mag rereapply ka at me kamag anak ka sa Canada you can probably ask them to apply GCMS notes on your application. Ask them to make a request using the Privacy Act - free for those already in Canada http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/
It takes 1+ month (depends on what you request, kung physical files mas matagal) bago nyo makuha ang results, but to gauge really the reasons for refusal, specify in the request physical records - these consist of notations on your files, etc. I think kung electronic records lang kukunin nyo, same lang ang conclusion sa nakuha nyo na refusal - usually walang masyadong clear detail pag electronic records. Request for the physical files - usually the VO makes notations/marks or comments that can show the reasons why he/she came to a decision to refuse the application. Usually kukunin nila ang medical request then ifoforward nila sa embassy ang same result na nakuha mo sa kanila simula nung huli kang nag pag medical but that depends sa sasabihin ng nurse approach them about your situation.
-then follow the same procedures sa pag aaply na nasa taas ;D
