I HAVE APPLIED TO CIC, SYDNEY, IN MY APPLICATION FORM I HAVE STATED HIGH PROFICIENCY IN ALL FOUR SECTION OF ENGLISH.
1) MY RECENT IELTS RESULTS HAS HIGH PROFICIENCY IN THREE SECTION AND MODERATE ON ONE SECTION OF IELTS.
2) WITH THIS IELTS RESULT I STILL SCORE 67 POINTS

NOW QUESTION IS,

• DO I HAVE TO RE TAKE THE IELTS TO GET HIGH PROFICIENCY IN ALL FOUR IELTS SECTION?

I am trying for Canada work permit.

I have some queries about traveling cheque.

I met immigration agent here in Indore, india. He gave me the scheme for work permit. There are vacancy in ontario canada in shopping, they require labour work/general workers/ sales man etc for shopping mall in canada. According to agent, salary will be 1,00,000/- per month with accommodation and air ticket free provided by company. He don't ask for any advance payment. Total charge after getting work permit is 6,00,000/- indian Rupees. processing time is just 15 days.

He ask following documents to process work permit file
1. Passport Original
2. Photos 35mmx45mm 8 photos
3. Resume
4. Experience Certificates
5. Traveling Cheque worth Rs . 5,00,000/-

I went to money changer office/ money gram/ thomas cook money changer., they replied, they can not issue traveling cheque without visa or air tickets.

My agent told me, our LMO/ HREDC letter letter is ready, we need traveling cheque number to process file. It takes just 15 days. He asked me for cheque number only. he told me, we require only cheque number, cheque will be in the name of principle applicant, not agent.

I have some confusion about this agents.

He ask me to submit original passport..... Shall I submit?

He told me, LMO/HREDC letter is ready... Is it possible LMO letter without name of worker?

He told me, process time is 15 days... Is it possible to get work permit in just 15 days? I heard, LMO takes 2 months times to approval.

He asked me for travelling cheque ... Is it possible to make traveling cheque before visa and air ticket? I am from Gujarat and agent asked me, some money changer make cheque in delhi without visa and air ticket. He asked me to bring 5,00,000/- in delhi, He told me to help to get traveling cheque. If I go to Delhi with 5 Lack money and some robbery occured, then who will be resposible.

One more question and important, Is it really traveling cheque require to process file of work permit in any circumstances? I mean, If I submit traveling cheque, will it help me to get work permit sure or faster?

dont believe as u saying all talks looks like fake he is making u fool dont go ahead if u realy want ask for lmo and verify it from cic office becoz there is a officer name and phone number who issue it on top right hand side

No, you dont need to take the test again.as you already got 67 points with the existing test result.
Whatever you filled in this section of form stands irrelevant, they will consider the test result for final eligibility.

Im from Croatia and I would like to send my papers for canada next summer after I graduate for Helth and safety specialist(engineer).Now Im working as a Construction Technician (5 years now) in the company that maintain buildings.My boyfriend is a firefighter (12 yeras experiance) and study for Fire protection engineer. And I think that we will have more than 67 point...will see... ;D

Hello Everybody,

i have read many forums but i actually have a new kind of problem which i didnt come across any forums. I have been asked to send medicals and passport with landing fee at the same time. My passport with landing fee reach Canada CHC new Delhi on 25th April 2010. my Ecas didnt update and showed only "In Process" till this Monday 19th May 2010 and the same day evening when i checked the Ecas status it says the information is wrong and they cannot find the details on my file number. I thoroughly checked the details which i have given to check Ecas status. So i emailed the CHC New Delhi about this, but there is no answer from them till now. If anybody has the same problem please advice on the same.

Hello every body
I have one enquiry about the medical request, do they regularly send it by mail or email or both simultaneously?
Actually I’m worried so I used to go to the Post Office three times a week. But if they will send it via both mail and email its mean that no need to check the Post Office till receiving the email. Am I correct? Please confirm.

I have Total 4 year of exp out last 6 year but when I have 2 year GAp in between as , I went to UK on HSMP and did not get for 2 years ,I mean 2 year employement gap

But I came back to India and got a Job now , I want to apply for canada PR on 0213

Now the qus is , ll they count my past 6-2 = 4 year exp to award point

Or I have to work for continiously 4 year again to gain point for exp to apply for CANADA

ll they count my past 6

i think there is no problem if it is discreted period because the requirments are only employer certificates approving that you worked in one of the 38 NOC within the last ten years.

i am applying with my wife. my wife has no passport yet. is it ncessary to write the information about wife's passport as well while sending the application first time? remember, i am the principle applicant and i have passport.

I am willing to apply under NOC 2113 Geologists, Geochemists and Geophysicists. Please have a look at my Job Responsibilities and let me know if I am eligible or not.
Here are my Job Responsibilities:
Duties:

• Manage the overall operation of the Positioning Department including control of all positioning aspects of survey operations (planning and execution) and on board navigation processing.
• Conduct theoretical and applied research to extend knowledge of surface and subsurface features of the earth, its history and the operation of physical, chemical and biological systems that control its evolution.
• Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of all positioning products for internal and external clients.
• Responsible for planning and executing surveys such that the positioning products meet the necessary quality acceptance criteria. Monitored all positioning aspects of the operation and ensure that positioning and auxiliary services are performed to the required specifications.
• Plan, direct and participate in seismic, electromagnetic, magnetic, gravimetric, radiometric, radar and other remote sensing programs.
• Supervise the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the department to comply with the manufacturers specifications and company best practices, standards and schedules.
• Develop applied software for the analysis and interpretation of data.
• In charge of cost effective maintenance and utilization of the equipment inventory for the department including an appropriate level of spare parts.
• Responsible for carrying out 3D,4D and WAZ(Wide Azimuth) seismic surveys.
• Operating and maintaining the positioning equipments including the data collection. QC positioning data and condition and reprocess.
• Monitoring all positioning aspects of the operation and assisting in installation, operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the department.
• Responsible for running the positioning machines and monitor the performance of company positioning equipment.
-To be responsible for in-depth analysis of seismic data and QC products. Ensure that seismic data acceptance adheres to sound geophysical principles and conforms to survey specifications, and client operational needs. Perform data analysis to determine if operationally efficient acquisition techniques will impact the seismic data quality.
• Knowledge of Trinav, Online Data Acquisition and Offline Data Conditioning.
• Installed various GPS units, gyros and antennas on vessel. Also responsible for rigging the tailbuoy units, testing the Q-Fins, calibrating the Seatrack 220 and Seatrack 330's.
• Responsible for the Pre Mobilization/ Mobilization of the equipments.
• Controlling fleet communications and maintaining Line logs & Daily logs.
• Active member of LPT (Loss Prevention Team).
• Offline processing of navigation data for final acceptance by clients.
• Liase with client representatives/office personnel to access quality of data. Perform additional seismic processing and qc tests as requested by client onboard. Perform daily seismic acquisition documentation and report writing.

3) Bachelor Degree 02 years.
4) PGD (IT) 02 years.

Further clarification regarding for my PGD is

Actually it was MSC Computer Science but since i was a bit more intelligent and hardworking student so I had passed my course work of Four terms (6 Months each) , but was unable to submit my Project on time As a result University awarded me POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA instead of MSC Degree.

kindly share yr opinion will i get 20 or 22 points on education ?
