Fanshawe college London Ontario September 2019 intake

i also got LOA on april 29 for 1 year course named practical elements of mech engineering.It mentioned to pay the fee within My 25.
Guys i had payed 16k cad as tuition fee via consultancy and even got payment invoice form college.And my bill is like ,
Previous balance-16k
new fees- 8k
Total fees due-7775 CAD


As per LOA full tuition fees is 16k and after payment invoice should be like "total fees due =0" but mine is 7774 CAD my consultancy has got no any idea and i mailed the college but waiting for response.If anybody know any info pls reply.

Consultancy told we don't need to bother about that and we should only look for the receipt that we got from college as a proof of fee payment.
