U will get 3 days free accommodation in KNIGHTS INN Motel...All the international students will be there...U can get friends from there and lease and apartment (not a problem at all)..Still if u need some help..Please ping me on my facebook

Apartment rental CAD $750-800 (2BHK)..Share with 4 (Per head 200 max)
Food - Self cook.. CAD $80 max
Internet - U can get students discount and all (Bell - cost around CAD $36 - U will get 320 GB with 5 Mbps).
Mobile (Wind is the cheapest out here).CAD $30 + tax (Unlimited Internet-Ontario Wide Calling free. Canada Wide Texting free)
If u smoke (Belmont which is like the most expensive one. CAD $12.75 - 25Cig per pack)
if u drink ( U can get 24beer box under $30 and whiskey is comes under $50 and wines u can get decent ones under $25..and one tuesdays u get beer for $1 from pubs)

Subway. McD. Wendy's...Mr Sub..(all other junk foods) U can get under 10 dollar

Guys need suggestion what to do! Deadline for fee payment is approaching, but still awaiting for visa, since 27th May!
Will I loose a spot if I don't pay by the deadline? Should I wait for visa and then pay my tuition ?

And if I pay now and don't receive a visa, I know there is a $250 administration fee, but when will college refund the money?

I have sent the 1st semester tuition as they told to give before deadline. If I will get rejection (say no from Allah) then they will deduct $250 and back the rest of the amount within 5-6 weeks. This is written in the LOA.

I know that Visa refusal for College student is high, but why they refuge college student I don't know. May be they think I want to settle down in Canada. But my question is if all the papers I submitted are genuine what will be the reason to refuge me.

Some reasons for Visa refuge- My position about those case

1. Irrelevant Subject Choose - My bachelor on Finance, going PGD in Professional Financial Services
2. Week Financial background (non funded student) - I'm showing $1,00,000 CAD, where my Tuition for 1 year is $13500
3. Proper Paper (income tax, bank statement) - All papers are genuine & notarized
4. Week ties with BD - I have job in country and they are leaving me & Property of $4,15,000 CAD
5. Week SOP/ without SOP - I will make good SOP
6. Long Study gap without any reason (especially after HSC) - No study gap
7. 2nd Blood Sponsor (most of the case) - 1st blood sponsor (father & mother)
8. Sponsor who is a Citizen of CANADA (minor) - No sponsor from Canada
10. Choosing College (minor) - Yes Govt. funded College
11. Not visiting any country for 6 months (minor) - Did not visited any country
12. Low IELTS point (language abilities) - IELTS 6.5

So what will be the chance to refuge me, I'm in big tension.

Actually, what I think the money you showed is more than enough. Now if you elaborated the source of this money correctly then there should be no problem. It really doesn't matter if this is white money or not. What matters is that how you got this money. If it is from salary then you need to prove it logically. If it is from a business then you need to submit the documents of that business with financial statements which logically prove that it is possible to earn that money from that business.

The easiest way to show source of fund is by selling property.

My source of fund is ok. My father is a banker since 1986 and still now he is on job. The amounts came from the Job of my mother (govt service) & father (banker). I have submitted proper Tax Report.

BE (Computers),India with First Class
IELTS Score 7 total , all individual modules 6.5 or 6.5+

I am planning to take Project Management for Jan 14 intake in Fanshawe College.

could you please help me out with some of the following queries :

1.How good are the collaborations of Fanshawe college with the industries around ? Do they provide the students with the Co-op ?

2.With experience around 3 years should I see myself in a good position to secure a job withing a designated period of 1 year starting after I pass out from Fanshawe (In 1 yr Work Permit its very imp to get a good job so as to pay off my education loan quickly)
