Family tourist sponsership

hi i’m 22 years old and my graduation time (4years) is completed but i have reappear in my last semester and i want to go canada as tourist .my sister is in living in canada as permanent resident from last 5 years and I’m totaly depend on her (financially). Could it be possible that i get a tourist visa to canadd if she sponsee me
