I'm planning to go Canada as a bachelor student, but my father is already in Canada. His status in Canada is refugee. Is there any chance to get visa approval?

You will have a low chance since father is a refugee but you can try. How will you pay for school, show ties to home country, show career opportunities in home country to justify costs?

You need to show strong ties to return to home country - properties, job opportunities, parents/siblings, investments etc. Given you are single and your father is a Canadian refugee then it will be difficult to show ties to return. You need to show bank accounts with cash in the bank to fund your studies

You can try, if your father claimed protection in Canada it doesn't preclude you from applying for a student visa. However, you still need to fulfill all requirements and demonstrated your intention as a bona fide student.
