Hi everyone.
I would like to get some advice.

I was recently denied my WP due to not having proofed that I have enough experience.

We whants to reapply, but in the meantime my parent have moved to Canada on a wp as well. In your experience what is the chances of getting the second one passed in respect to strong family ties?

Your parent got approved probably because they have you being their dependents. But children can be your dependents.

How old and you and how did your parents get WPs in Canada and when? What type of WP and when do they expire? What is your citizenship?

We are all South African. I am 25
My wife my self and my son applied for CWP, OWP and Vv. Via the LMIA stream

Round about that time my parents also applied for a CWP, OWP and SV, for my dad L, mom and younger brother. Also using LMIA route.

We whant to reapply, but not sure how my parents being in Canada can negetivly affect our application. I do not have very strong ties to my home country if my parents are not here.

What is the NOC? What did you show that you could do the job - job letters, ECA, IELTS?

what kind of NOC did your parents have since getting a WP in your 50s is typically difficult unless they are being transferred or have specialized skiils. How old is your sibling?

Why start another thread. You started another post about your WP refusal - farm supervisor - a few days ago. It was mentioned that you have no ECA for the NOC. Given the following advice:

To IRCC it is. If you read the NOC, it tells you the educational requirements so most likely you work experience was not enough for a farm supervisor position. Order GCMS notes to confirm but suspect it is because you did not provide ECA. Tell your employer that your work permit was refused and find out what to do next. If you provided no educational assessments, certification and/or licensing then it is an issue. Work experience is not enough. Maybe talk to employer about filing another LMIA for farm worker, not supervisor.

Employment requirements

  • Agricultural service contractors usually require a university degree, college diploma or industry courses in agricultural studies and several years of experience related to the service offered.
  • Contractors providing certain services, such as artificial insemination and pesticide application, may require training certificates and provincial licensing.
  • Farm supervisors may require a college certificate or other specialized training in agriculture or livestock husbandry.
  • A course or certificate in first aid may be required

I thought new thread for a new topic. Sorry if my train of thought was wrong.

My question is no longer about my refusal, but rather about my new application and how my parents being there will affect the new application, even with a new NOC on our side.

What type of WPs and NOCs do your parents have and how old is your sibling? When did they come to Canada and how long are their WPs? How old are they. Fairly unusual to get a WP in your 50/ms except for certain professions and specialized skill sets
