Hi there! how's your AINP family stream application? Mine is still in the air. I applied last June 2009 but until now I haven't receive any confirmation from Immigration. It's already 14 months but never heard anything from them. My sponsor asking me too and he got never receive any letter nor call from Immigration. I asked my consultant too but she said it takes a long time and there's a lot of changes from AINP. Now I'm really worrying about it. I never heard anyone like my situation waiting for almost 14 months waiting but never heard anything 'til now. Right now, I'm just praying to God that onetime I will get my confirmation from them. If anybody read this pls. share your opinion or If you are same like my situation pls. share so that I know. Thanks in advance. ???

why thus evrybody who hired a consultant had this kind of problem..as ive read in this forum.

I have applied under H1 B stream on my own (No consultant).

Application Received: May 28th.
NOC CODE: 2132 (Mechanical Engg)

No communication from AINP. Just got a general email in Aug that it may take upto 12 months to process the application.
I emailed them in July and email me the file number.

I am still waiting.

I don't know what happen to my application. Now I am really frustrated. I already talked to my consultant and she said she did follow-up to the immigration about my application but haven't heard too from them. If any one can read this pls give me advice. Thanks.

Hi,

I guess the PNP rules keep on changing, mine was submitted Jan 2009 and I got the Alberta confirmation after 9 months. And I just received my family's Visas yesterday. Btw, i'm also under AINP-Family Stream.

I hope you get your confirmation soon. God bless and good luck.

Thanks cRon13 and lhou on your response. My consultant passed my application last June 2009, so from last year until now is almost 16 months of waiting with no response from Alberta Immigration. My sponsor never receive any confirmation letter nor call from Immigration. I feel so hopeless now. This is really unfair on my side. Unlike you cRon13, you passed your application Last January 2009 but got confirmation after 9 months but me, it was started at June 2009 and it's almost 16 months with no confirmation. I always pray that God will touch the heart of the people in immigration to start processing my application. My work permit expires already but applying again for a renewal. This is a really tough trials for me. If somebody can read this who knows somebody in Alberta Immigration, pls. help me. Thanks in advance.

Sirloin,

God will provide in His perfect timing....
Hold on to your prayers..

btw, I got my nomination after 17months=)..
so embracing our friends "patience" and "faith" will be a long one=)

have you got the file number from ainp... if not, you can certainly email them and ask for one...

Thanks a lot lhou for your encouragement. You are right, God will give all of our needs in his own will and time. My calculation was, it's 14 months not 16 months and then you are 17 months and much longer than I am. I never thought this thing happen. What's your time frame lhou? Thanks AINPfamily for advice too. I did email them and got a response but it's an automated email from AINP proof that they received my email and wait for 3 working days for a response on my follow-up about my application. I got the email 9 days ago so 3 working days didn't work according to what they emailed to me. Now I still keep waiting for their response. Guys, pls. pray for me too. Thanks for all of your encouragement and advice. I really appreciate it.
