Could you please help me to fill the IMM5768E

A brief summary about myself and family

Myself Working here with PR, I was sponsor by my wife and became PR on may 29, 2014
My wife Canadian citizen and living with me
My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and my son 4 months living with me
I want to Sponsor my Mother who currently lives in the Dominican Republic
My wife is my co-signed

On the general application form of Canada IMM0008, I have created the application for my mother, however, it asks to enter her spouse my dad and dependent , I added my brothers, one of them is 21 year old not married and the other 30 year married, do I have to add them to this form as dependent none of my dad or my brother are coming to canada. I'm just sporing my Mother.

Iam confuse on what number to put on current undertanking question, because I have my mon which i'm sponring but I also have my dad and brother information on that form IMM0008.

Number of persons includes in Box3 of the generei application form for canada IMM 0008.
B) Previous undertakings
- Number of presons included in previous undertaking you signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect. provide details in question 9 on page 2.

- Number of persons included in previous undertaking you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect( persons who have not yet become permanent resident)

- Numbert of pesons included in previous undertaking you co-signed, where these undertakings are still in effect.

- Number of persons included in the previous undertaking you co-signed, where theses undertaking are not yet in effect.



4. Complete this section only if your spouse or common-law partner is co-signing the undertaking

- Number of presons included in previous undertaking your spouse or common-law partner signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect. do not include persons already accounted for in 2. or 3.B (iii) provide details on the back of this page.

It doesn't matter who is coming to Canada or not, ALL family members that are eligible MUST be included in family size for income requirements.

So for you that is you + wife + 2 kids + mom + dad (assuming he is legally married/not separated to your mom) + 1 dependent under age 22 = 7 people.

Family size of 7 requires tax returns of:
2017 $84,631
2016 $83,695
2015 $82,091

What date does your brother turn 22? At this age, you may be able to remove him as a dependent from the application.
Your older brother is not included since he is not a dependent.

Note that your father will also need to pass a medical exam even if he is non-accompanying and won't be coming to Canada, in order for your mom's app to be approved.

I can take both of my brothers out of the Imm0008 one is 22 and the other is 30 years old, so this will leave my Mom and my dad

and the income that I will need. if I haven't received my notice of assessment for 2017.
