Family Sponsorship

I am PR holder working in Canada.I got married last year in June and have moved to Canada with my wife(on Visitor Visa) in December 16th 2017.I asked my employer to sponsor her Open Work Permit but they asked me to Sponsor her for PR and then only they can Sponsor her Open Work Permit.I was going through the Checklist for Sponsor and Principal Applicant, in the section regarding Proof of relationship to sponsor" they have asked to provide following documents of which I have none.
Joint ownership or property: Rental agreement; proof of joint utility; vehicle insurance etc.
How can I support my relationship with her? We asked the management of our society to provide her name in the rental agreement but she aid she does not work here so they cannot mention her name instead she will be an occupant.So can this work as rental agreement or not?

I was in a similar situation and that's what I produced for my rental agreement. I also wrote a letter to say we had no shared assets and the reason why.
I sent in emails from home which addresses both of our names. Some people I see have produced hundreds of emails n photos. I had very little but they accepted what I gave.
