Hi,

I'm wondering if copies of all supporting documents have to be notarized or does it applies only to translated documents? The instructions are not exactly clear on that.

Thanks

Generally, translated documents (as you mentioned), but the majority of your supporting documents will NOT need to be notarized.

If you are applying as Common-Law, you will need at least two letters from family or friends that will need to be notarized, as well as the Statutory Declaration of Common Law, if you choose to include it with your application.
