Family sponsorship - Refund from IRCC

Hi Everyone,

My wife is a Canadian PR. I applied for Family Sponsorship (Spouse) along with my 5 year old daughter recently. This morning, my wife (sponsor) got an email which seems to be the AOR. However, a few hours later she got an email with a document stating that she has been refunded $570. Along with our application we paid the below fees:

Sponsorship fee - $85
Principal applicant fee - $545
Right of permanent residence fee - $575
Dependent child sponsor & processing fee - $170
Biometrics fee - $85
Total - $1,460

Not sure how the $570 is arrived at. Also, my wife is panicking since it seems like a refusal?
