Important for those who are preparing their applications now for submission later!
This article claims that basically all these programs will move to being 'exclusively' online (but see below). I would speculate that despite what the article says, there will be some grace period (a couple of months?) from the date government officially announces, but that really is only my personal guess.

Reported, I can't confirm if this is true.
Supposedly effective September 23, with some 'alternative' filing arrangements for those who cannot apply online - not clear how those will work. Also not clear what exceptions will be made (i.e. only for disabilities or what exactly)?
The only 'family' type app I don't see listed here is PGP, but of course no future rounds have been announced yet. (I may have missed some types of app of course, please correct me if I'm wrong).
The list includes:
- Sponsoring a spouse or partner
- Sponsoring a dependent child
- Sponsoring an eligible relative
- Sponsoring an orphaned sibling, niece or nephew, or grandchild
