Family Sponsorship processing dates gone cookoo

Yesterday, when I looked at the last time the date was updated for Family Sponsorship, the date was 10/22/14, and it was working on applications from Sept 8th. Today, when it should have been updated again, it was, but in the wrong direction. The last updated date is now 10/15/14 and it's working on applications from Sept 2nd. :-\

Do they normally just fluctuate the update day around as they see fit? Or did someone not have their morning coffee before running the update?
