Family sponsorship or not?

Hello to all.
First of all, this forum has helped me alot during my TRV application and i am thankful to all for all the help and feedback. I have now questions about the family sponsorship.

First off, I have been married since 2011 to my Canadian born wife. We have now 2 kids also canadian born. Since 2011 me and my wife have been living in my home country. She does not live in Canada. We travel every 2 years to visit her family. Now time has come for me to quit applying for TVR's and establish myself in Canada. Now this is my questions :
1. Since my wife has been living here with me and isn't a Canadian resident, can she be my sponsor if I want to request a family sponsorship even tough she has no canadian income?
2. Can my wife and my sister in law be both of my sponsors?
3. PR usually take up to 2 years or could it be less?
4. Would it be faster if my documents were started from Canada or my wife can file for a family sponsorship while she is here with me?

1. Your wife can be your sponsor. She can show her foreign income or job opportunities in Canada.
2. Your wife cannot have co-sponsors.
3. If you apply outland, it's generally under a year. That depends on your country of nationality and the visa office that processes applicants of your nationality.
4. Your wife can sponsor from abroad, but she needs to prove her intent to reside in Canada once you have received your PR.

So basically even tough my wife has no income what so ever she could still sponsor me under spousal sponsorship right?
Another quick question. If a TRV is granted can a spousal sponsorship be applied once landed in canada? Or will it "hurt" my relations with CIC if I apply if TRV is granted ( it will make them think that my futur intentions are to move to canada.
