My sponsor is not on welfare but she has overpayment debt which she hasn't finished paying but this debt isn't related to the previous sponsorship she was just over paid.Our application is still pending am wondering whether she will be approved as a sponsor

You keep on asking the same question but have been given advice about what to do. Ypu should be ordering your GCMS notes to find out what is going on with your application and where processing has stopped and whether there are any comments about the welfare overpayment.
