Hi,

Could someone please provide some advise on this scenario? The CAIPS report says, my wives request has been denied for 3 reasons,

1. Length of proposed stay
2. Current employment situation (No duration mentioned in leave letter)
3. Personal assets and financial status

Notes section description:
  • That my wife and x year old son wants to visit me for 2 months. But no mention of period in leave letter. They were not satisfied that PA(my wife) is continuously employed. Weird, she works for a reputed company. ??? ???
  • Also, I have low balance in my account here.
  • The thing the worries me most now... After this it says, Host in Canada's (Blank Blank) and few ties to home country.  CENSORED text in CAIPS

They have blanked out certain text. I do not understand why they should do that. Only suspicious factor is that my visa is almost pending expiry almost 6 months. But I am a full time Masters student and it should have obvious to the immigration that I would extend it and God willingly also have my Post graduate Work Permit. Besides this another complication is we have received our CSQ and have applied for PR in the meanwhile. :'( :'(

Have anyone had CAIPS reports censored like this? ??? ??? If yes, what are the possible reasons. What do you suggest other than the obvious (reasons above) for such a scenario?

Thanks a TON!!!

I would recommend that you post your question to the International Students section of this forum where you will find other students who have also applied to have their family join them in Canada.

This section of the forum is for Canadian citizens and PRs who are sponsoring their family members for PR.
