Hi there,

I have received the ITA on 20 April. As I am working on the profile, I came across some hurdles...

under the Family section, it's saying that Please tell us about XXX's immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.
• Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each relative's details will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another relative.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

Is there where I need to put down my parents' information? Do I need to upload any documents to prove that?

Please help!

Yes - list your parents and any siblings.

No, proof not required (unless you are claiming points under FSW for relatives in Canada).

Yes this is where you need to list all your immediate family members (parents, spouse, common-law partner, siblings, children)

Its a declaration of your immediate family members and proof is not required.

Hi!

Durjng express entry profile, i admitted of having relatives in canada, my uncle, even though i dont need to claim points for it.

In my PR application, is it fine to mention that i have no relatives in Canada and write a LOE explaining that i'm having difficulties getting the supporting documents from him? Or else just provide whatever documents i have?

Do I also need to list my spouse here? despite the separate form for him titled, "Accompanying PR spouse form"??

Hi,
Just wondering what did you do in your case?
I have a pretty similar situation.

I provided them an explanation in LOE along with my application that I was having difficulty getting the documents from my Uncle, therefore I choose not to mention any relatives in my PR application. My eligibility is passed Alhamdulillah, although I'm yet to receive a PR, but that is due to other factors.

No. Only list members of immediate family that are not part of your PR application.

What about wife already as dependent on application? Do the primary applicant still need to mention spouse name?

Hi ,

• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another relative.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

In our case me and my wife and two kids are in the application, for kids immediate family member are only grandmother or grand parents, but unfortunately their is no such selection, which one I have to choose ..Please help!

It clearly says "This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters."

No grand parents mentioned.
