I would reach out to your local refugee organization because there seem to be a couple of different ways to sponsor family members. Most programs take multiple years and require you to be able to support your family financially. Some programs only allow you to sponsor if you are not getting government support except disability. I would seek out advice from experts who can also see your whole file. Best of luck.
