Hi ,im permanent resident in Canada and my wife still in Tunisia back home .

After she get refused for sponsor her as family member coz of our wedding being considered as proxy wedding, we get divorce and remarry again and I submit her application 8 months ago in 2023 and now she just passed the medical exam step and we are waiting for pasport request , it’s been a month sence she pass the medical test . My question is , can any thing happen bad because of the divorce and remarry again ?

And by the way we didn’t lie about any thing when we was completing all the forms .

Shouldn't be any reason for it to be a problem, if you've told the whole story.

It shouldn't be a problem if you told the whole truth.
You mentioned that she passed medical, how about security, PCC and background check? Those are steps before PPR.

We already submit the police clearance for background check at the bigginig with all the forms required

I couldn’t see it at the status tracker but if they send as for Medical test and we already made it and send the results her application it’s in process Now at Paris visa office because We’re from Tunisia so the part of the spouse will be finished there she pass the medical test at 8th of November it’s been a month now and we didn’t here back from them yet
