Family member on PR can sponsor their siblings?

Hi,
I am an international student and on student visa right now, arrived in Canada 5 months ago.
My sister is on PR and have good job.Can she sponsor me?
Please guide.

Does your sister have no other family in Canada, and no one else she can sponsor, like parents or a spouse?

She is single and our parents are in another country. We don't have any other family member in Canada.

She cannot sponsor you whilst your parents are alive. You would need to qualify for Immigration yourself
