Hi There,

I am filling my parents visitors visa application online. Please let me know which form i need to submit for family information for my parents.


imm5707e - There is no section C for brother or sisters information
imm5645e - There is section c for brother and sister information


I dont think if i can get my parents some of their brothers and sister date of birth and date date.

Hi,

As you create an online application, you will get the forms there only.
You don't need to look for alternative forms.
You can download the empty forms from online application, fill them & upload the same.

Generally for TRV, IMM5645E is there to fill out.
