Family information page

Hi guys,

I need some help.

My parents applied paper application yesterday at VFS lahore.
However, VFS asked them to fill a different application than the one available online, and some family information was asked in the same application, just parents name and dob and children name and dob
They were never asked to submit family information document

Is it possible that VFS missed it?

can someone help?

They were not asked to fill this form unfortunately.
They filled forms at VFS. It was just 1 application that they filled.

Does any body knows if things have changed recently?
