Family information form for super visa

hi all,
my parents applied for visitor visa together, but they refused my father's visitors visa but approved for my mother. Now applying super visa for my father. what should i fill on family information form under applicant's spouse (My mother) information "will accompany you in Canada". should it be YES or NO.

PS. My mother is still in India.

If your mom would be traveling alone to Canada from India, then it should be "no".

my father will be submitting his file in 3-4 days.
can please confirm I'm am submitting right documents and anything else needed.

From my father:

1 Imm 5257
2 Imm 5645
3 Bank certificates (app 7 lacs)
4 property valuation (from CA for house and commercial land)
5 Net wealth certificate (from CA)
6 2 years ITR
7 passport copies (2)
8 Photos (4)

From Invitee:

1 Invitation letter from me and my wife (Signed by Barrister/Lawyer).
2 bank statements
3 NOA year 2014 (my self and my wife, because in year 2-14 my income was not much but my family income was approx $42000 so my wife is co-signing)
4 T4 year 2014 (myself and my wife)
5 corporation papers
6 Original letter from employer ( Mentioning income around $50,000)
7 Earning statements
8 Certificate from accountant (as i am self- employed)
9 PR card copy from My self and wife
10 marriage certificate.
11 My house papers.

Please suggest if i am missing anything and should be added. How can i prove that we are family of 2 living in a house hold. should i add a word document mentioning that.
