family information form 5645

Hi,

I was filling out visit visa forms for my parents to come visit me in Canada. Problem is that in the family information form 5645, I dont know the exact date of births and the complete current addresses of my father's brothers and sisters. Can any one please tell me if their is a particular way CIC provides to solve this problem.

But in case if one's father dont know and doesent stated in I.D proof so what can be done?can one write approximately date?

If calling and getting the info was no problem, i would have done that. However that is not the case.. thats y I am asking for any alternatives.. I know for a fact that you could use "*" sign if you dont know the DOB of your parents (information guide says this but i does not say any thing for relatives)...
