I'm filling my family information for Canadian experience class application but I have a couple of issues with my dad's last name spelling and birthday. When I used to submit applications to renew my study/work permit, I used to put my dad's last name exactly as mine but in his actual passport there is only a difference on one letter ("e" instead of an "i"). Also his birthday in his passport is different in month and day from the birthday I use to submit in my previous applications. He visited Canada for a couple of weeks early this year with his recent passport.
I'm confused what I should put in the family info. Should I put the info on his passport or should I use the same info I used to submit before?
