Family form- Parents Visitor Visa

My mother is the youngest among 8 siblings, 3 of them died already. She can't remember the birth date or death date of the other siblings because they were living far from each other in the past years. Lost contact for long time. She was trying to look for contact to her niece/nephews. But if she wasn't able to complete those birth date or death date in the Family form Is that okay?
