I am now 22 years old now. My mother is alive l. I am finacially depend upon my sister.Only my sister is in canada and her husband

Agreed with the above. You are too old to be sponsored by your sister for PR. If you with to immigrate to Canada then you will have to qualify on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry based on your work experience and other factors like your education, language abilities and funds to support yourself in Canada.

Not directly but if you love him so much; you can try Provincial nomination. Or spend money on him, tell him to study more get more marks, so you can get him admission here as a student. I found you got to pay full 1 year fees in advance and need to show good bank balance as well.Also he has to pass official IELTS test. your 1 year stay sounds OK.

YES that's right , not exactly as spouses/dependents/parents are accepted for sponsorship.
