Family Class Sponsorship

Hi,

My family are planning to migrate. I use the wizard tool in the cic website if im qualified. The result is im maybe qualified as FAmily class sponsorship. My sister migrated with her whole family 10 years ago. Our parents already passed away. Am i qualified to be sponsored by my sister as what the wizard tool sugggests.

Why this tool suggests despite the fact that im already beyond 18.

Or just try my luck and lose $75 if my application is disqualified.

The application fee is far more than $75.

Which province does your sister live in? Does she have a husband (or common law partner) or children? This will help us to tell you if she can sponsor you or not.

They lived in toronto. She migrated with her husband and 3 children.

This wizard tool needs improvement with more detailed questions with regards to sponsoring a sister. As not to lead the applicants in assuming that they are qualified despite of the restrictions on rules.

Your sister cannot sponsor you, she has a spouse and she has children and you also mentio you are over 18 living in Ontario makes u ineligible under family class sponsorship.
