First of this thread might already exist, but I am new to this so I do apologize if this is repeated.
So, I was was sponsored by my spouse to Canada in May 2018 and reside in Canada since. Now I am interested in sponsoring my parents. However, I understand there is income requirement that needs to be met, which me being in Canada for 5 months does not meet. I do not have a work yet. My spouse has a current annual income of $65,000. My question is if I sponsor just my father first maybe after a year or so once I have some income (has children under 19) and then have him sponsor his spouse and dependent children under 19. Would this be cheaper in terms of proofing income and financial stability? I know that it is around $101,000 for a family sponsorship of 9 people. Any thoughts or comments? What would be the ideal thing to do if I want my parents here in Canada? They are total of 7. My spouse and I make it total family size of 9.
Thank you. Looking forward for the reply.
