A last page with barcodes its not been automatically created, I have got the page with the space for the barcodes blank and a signature line.
Can I send it like that ? what do I have to do to get these barcodes ?

If you're using the latest Abode Reader on a Mac they don't show. I understood them as being important so downloaded an older version of Adobe and it worked fine. I'd recommend playing it safe and doing the same.

Thank you for that, I will try to print this out using a previous version.
Also , I am sending originals photos and I was thinking to paste them on paper (two per sheet) as I have create a template allowing me to write description on the bottom of each photos as that will be more organises. Is is something that should I go for or better to just put them all in a 6x4 envelope ?

This form must be completed and signed by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application

Officially, you do not need this form. If you are married, you do not use it. If you are common-law, you only need it if your partner is co-signing the application, and for a sponsorship, the partner cannot co-sign. However, some visa officers want it anyway. If you are common-law, I would include it just in case.
