Family class sponsorship - online sites

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing good in todays reality!

As I read threw different threads on this forums, I noticed that some people have access to two different accounts on IRCC: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html

One for applicant and One for Sponsor.

My wife and I only have access to one site, which is for my wife (the applicant). We have been using this account to provide immigrations with all the required documents such as medical exams, police certificates, others forms.

Should I create an account for myself as well as a sponsor?

Te application can only be linked to 1 account, but you can check sponsor or applicants side on ecas, the online tool. If you want to see the sponsors side you gotta put in the sponsors info, applicants side the applicants info.

Wow i never knew about this page.

I just logged in to it and it says the following:

1- They have my old address and they say to Email them to update the address and I have in the past, they changed it on eGRC but not on here. Should I worry?

2- I also see the following

Sponsorship Decision Status: Decision Made
Permanent Residence Application Status : In Process

When I click on "Decision Made", I only see the following:
Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor "APPLICANT NAME HERE " on October 30, 2019.

How do I know what the actual decision is?

You can just send them a webform about the adress, and it should be changed in a few days, but no need to worry


Decision made usually means good news, they would send you a letter if they would have any concerns before giving a decision made, so congrats, they approved you as a sponsor!

How do I know what the actual decision is?

Decision made is that they approved you as a sponsor.. that is usually done before the refusal.

The most important thing is to see this :

Permanent Residence Application Status : Decision Made
that means they finalized all the file and that you should receive PPR soon
