Family Class Sponsorship 8 Photos

Hi all, in the family class sponsorship document checklist IMM 3901E, they ask for 8 photos of the applicant to be submitted, I was just wondering if anything need be written on the backs of these photos? It doesn't say to write anything but I thought I saw somewhere else to write name and date or something of the sort so now I feel crazy. Thank you for any help.

it's country specific, so if your country specific guide doesn't say to write anything it's not necessary.
