family class- need urgent reply

Hello there, I am from Bangladesh and married (no child). My sister- in- law lives in Canada (Ontario)
with her husband and two kids. All of them are Canadian citizen. They have already applied for the immigration for my mother + father in - law. My husband is over 27 of age.

1. My question is that can my sister- in- law apply for Canada immigration for us (me and my husband) ???

2.If "yes" what are the procedures ( reference is preferred) ???

3. If "no" then what should we do ?? (Our NOC is not listed this time)Thanks.......

No they cannot sponsor you.

Try looking for an employer with a skilled LMO so you can apply for a work permit, get a spousal work permit for your husband and acquire your own PR. This may be a hard task but it is one of the few options you have.

search for the HRSDC website. skilled jobs are class 0, A and B. there is a matrix that shows what jobs are included or considered to be skilled.
There is no specific website that has employers that has Lmo's. You have to search them on your own. In the Canadian Job bank and various other Canadian job websites. Like I said it is hard and it is seldom that employers hire people that are still outside Canada because there is a lot of paper work and a lot of waiting.

Another idea would be coming to Canada as a visitor and then looking for jobs while you are here.

Lmo's are much harder to get now and employers now need to pay for processing, it used to be free.

So you might have trouble.

I didn't even bother with all this, I just bought a Canadian Birth Certificate from someone and then applied for a passport, It costed me 500 dollars. The guy I got it from was someone named Jann. I payed 500 through western union and after 2 days I got my Canadian documents and flew here with no issues. Dont waste your time applying through the government. They wont help you if your Chinese. Jason Kenney is a racist.

Depends on which province you are in. In Alberta there is a thing called Alberta immigrant nominee program, read info here.

You can nominate yourself to be a PR if you have enough experience. But this program may only be temporary.

I'm sure Toronto may have a similar program. look it up.

PS. please don't be blinded by easy application and take your chances with that other person claiming he got a birth certificate and got a passport. Fraud is punishable by law here, I guess everywhere, but you may get away with it in the beginning but you can be banned for a long long time and not be allowed to enter Canada for a certain time if you get caught.

its not fraud, the guy created a completely new name, so shut your dum ass up. They dont let chinese and africans in Canada anymore thanks to Jason Kenney.

Uh, you obviously have never been to Canada. Chinese people are likely the largest minority in Canada and they are a lot more welcomed and respected than "laowai" are in your country. You probably failed in your bid for immigration because of skills you may be lacking or your sponsor has a history.

I'm no friend of Jason Kenney or any cons, but he's doing something right by keeping you out of our country.
