Family Class For Spouse, Online Payment Fees

Hello everyone...

I am trying to sponsor my outland wife from Germany to get her Permanent Residence. Can someone clarify which I am supposed to choose?

I know I am supposed to choose:

- Sponsorship application $75

Am I also supposed to choose all of the following as well?

- Principal applicant $475
- Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner $550
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490

If so, that means the total I have to pay will be $1590? It's weird that I would have to pay $475 + $550, when they're both the same person.

You only need to pay for Principal applicant ( you pay both fees in the case that husband and wife are applying for Permanent Residence)
you just have to pay the 75 for the sponsorship application + 475 Principal applicant + 490 for the Right of Permanent Residence = 1,050
For more information you can always give a call to CIC call centre.... they can answer all those questions ( Phone 1-888-242-2100 )

I'm (PR) sponsoring my husband outside of Canada (Belgium).
We have a daughter 2 years, (canadian citizen)

What are the fees that I need to pay? What is the :Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner $550.00???

I know that I need to pay:

Principal applicant $475.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00 (going to pay this amount as well now)

What is the $550? And does my daughter need to pay a fee as well?

Total is $1040

The $550 doesn't apply because in your case, he is the same person.

Your daughter does not to pay a fee (or be included in your husband's application) because she is already a Canadian citizen. She does need to be included in the Additional Family form.

Thank you for answering. 550 is not nothing and I know if you pay too much they will pay you back but I knew somebody could help me out.
