Quick question. I just received the answer as returned. Reason proof of status (passport Photo page) is not complete??? I don't understand. Does anyone ells have the same response? This application was also paid for as it was still required when I submitted this one. Could that also be the reason why it was returned?

It was a picture JPG file of the open passport

Is it blurry? Did they clarify it was the proof of status evidence that wasn't complete or maybe the principal applicant's passport? wow unbelievable. What time did you get the email? when did you apply?

Maybe that's why. A picture taken of a doc for them is not something official. Try to scan your docs using a scanner. JPG files and PDF are acceptable . it's the way you make them digital that matters.

Hello David, I got AOR today and I used a pdf scan of my passport as proof of status. I also submitted my driver's license. I don't know if the reasons for returning the applications are accurate. I can't help on the police certificate but I've seen other Colombians commenting it needs to be from a company and not the one from police.

Hi. Did you print and scan the Schedule 1 form for the principal applicant? Or did you sign it electronically? I printed, signed and scanned it. Now I am thinking it'll get returned.

Some people are saying the applications are being returned because of not including their proof of civil status. But it wasn’t a requirement in the first place if they were not applying to for spouse / net partner . Was it a requirement?

I submitted anchor Canadian passport for anchor and national ID & marriage certificate translated for the applicant. Noow I have my doubts that app will be returned

I signed it digitally. Only printed 5990e.
