How did you signed the notary form? Digitally of printed/scan?

Did you have to pay? If so, do they mention anything regarding the payment in the AOR?

Notary form. printed, sing (by family member in Canada and notary) and scan.

No payment is required. Since Nov 21 payment section was removed from application portal.

I signed the notary form using an online notary. They scanned it and sent me the final pdf.
Yes, I paid the fees but they haven't returned my money back and they did not mentioned anything in the AOR

Maybe you can send a letter with your receipt using link below with a friendly reminder that you paid and asking what the next steps are for that specific matter. Eventually IRCC will give your money back.

She is here in Canada with me , Citizenship Indian
