Family Application - Only one recieved Biometric Letter

Hello Guys,

I am facing the same issue now. I have submitted my parents Visitors visa and my father is applicant 1 and mother is applicant 2 but my mother received the biometric request but there is no update on my fathers applicant. Is there a time line for this? How many days we need to wait to get an update for the second applicant?

I'm facing the same issue now. What did you do and Did your problem resolve?

I emailed them saying there is a glitch in the system which is causing this issue, so please pass my feedback to your technical team and if my father can get biometrics request as well, that would be really appreciated
This way my parents can have their biometrics done at same time
Even though i emailed (web form) this on Sunday, got a reply within an hour (not that generic reply)
If i remember correctly
Later at night or next day my father received biometrics request

Thanks for the prompt response. I had already sent a webform; however, I selected “other” on the webform menu. Later in the day, I got a template response.

Did you raise this as “technical problem” webform?
