I just want to ask for some of your insights regarding my plan to apply for PR.
I recently got my confirmation on provincial nominee but I'm afraid to apply for PR yet as I think it would affect mine and my kids application.

You need to speak with a lawyer. Hard to comment without any details. But generally speaking, IRCC will not process and application with charges outstanding.

Thanks for your response. So that means I can’t apply yet for PR? Also, is there any possibility to obtain an open work permit using the confirmation from PNP?

You really need to speak with an immigration lawyer.
