Hi everyone,
I'm an international student in Canada, my program started since September 2023 to expire September 2024. I want to apply for husband and my kids (5yrs old and 3yrs old) to come join me. Should I apply for a visitor visa for them or a spousal work permit for my husband and is it too late to apply?

Unless they they are truly visiting for a holiday like a 2 week stay for example they have a high chance of getting denied because it will be assumed they aren’t genuine visitors. Your spouse should apply for an OWP and any child 4 and over should apply for a study permit and younger child should apply for a TRV. Normally you need over 6 months left on course for your family to qualify for the permits but due to very long processing times l have seen some flexibility when it comes to that rule. You will need to show significantly more savings to have a chance of approval.

So it's not too late for me to apply right?

Please if applying for them, should I use from inside Canada or from outside Canada?
And do u know the documents required to apply for them.?
They aren’t in Canada. They are outside. You need to go on the IRCC website and look at documentation. Oldest will need to apply for a study permit. You will need to show considerable funds to support 3 other people. Will the 3 year old require daycare if you are at school and spouse is working? Factor daycare costs in and show you can afford it. Get on waiting lists because people can wait years or put their kids on lists before birth.
