If you're talking about a formal appeal (federal court) - then it's most likely a waste of money and you'd be better of reapplying. You'll need to hire a lawyer in Canada to represent you which will likely cost around $5K, it will take many months and there's no guarantee of approval.
The immigration lawyer of my school will take care of the appeal process and according to him i have very high chances of visa approval. How long does it take until a final decision is taken ?scylla said:
