I from Gambia I got refusal for my study permit 5/12/2020

With strong Bank Statement but during my online application I forgot to upload my latter of explanation which is SOP

If you got refusa months ago you submit a new study permit. What were the reasons for refusal? Order GCMS notes to get officer notes before applying again. You will need a new college/university letter of offer.

Visa officers stated his not satisfied that I will leave canada during my stay.
But I believe that the reason of my refusal was I didn't upload my SOP and also maybe lack of travel history.
