You can try waiting, I waited about 20 days after the average processing time before getting accepted!

Ok ,what date did you apply and when was final decision made on your application?

I'm sorry I might have misguided you. I was applying for a study permit extension from inside Canada, the average wait time is 57 days and I got the reply after 72 days almost. I applied on February 27th. My point being was that a late answer is due to the ongoing covid pandemic and is no reason to panic, as even if your reply takes long, you will still get a decision, hopefully a good one.
