No one is getting refusal i think Everyone are waiting or already got AIP
It's now confusing

There's a chance that refusals will come in after first week of September.. Since applicants can resubmit another application for Fall2020 thinking they might be eligible for AIP/2-step process if they submit it before Sept 15th. That means VO may have to process same application twice whereas .. they could have spent time to finalize another one.

Yeah It makes sense..... Let’s hope for the best
