hi everyone
my sister is in great trouble...to match a noc she has changed her designation and hence provided the fake reference letter...but she has provided original salary statements and other employment documents...what are the chances that she will be caught? or that the visa officer will call her HR?

She is looking at being banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation. It's quite possible that she will be caught.

She is looking at being banned, instead of providing fake reference letter, she should have simply written her duties on an plain paper and gotten one of her colleagues to sign for her and write an LOE explaining why she could not provide the reference letter. This has been known to work as long as she can provide documents proving her employment. The probability of the VO calling her HR is 50/50, she should just hope she is not caught, it is important to be truthful at all times.

of she does what u suggested...will it work? will VO call her colleague?
Yes it should work, she should include all employment documents at her disposal. She should also include her colleague's business card, and yes they might call the colleague.
