Fake profiles and misleading data

I just noticed some profiles have only 2 posts and they are telling about the timeline with date of oath.

I suspect we have some fake profiles on this forum which are made only to mislead us.
 
Why do you think these profiles are fake?
 
lol....i read the posts....what exactly makes you think they are fake?
 
May be, they found the forum lately and was excited to share the happy news of Oath!

When I went for test, the person came for test doesn't have an idea that there are forums to discuss/share with.
 
yea thats the point.....cause other wise why would any one create a fake profile to mislead....lol...i dont think anyone has that much of free time...these forums are mainly to give an idea what is happening around...so that people get an idea of what/what not to expect........
 
I did read their posts. I still don't understand why you think these are fake profiles.

People usually create fake profiles if they want to create drama or say something inappropriate. These two posters haven't posted anything like that.
 
the government is cutting jobs like crazy..they are closing down high commissions overseas...i really really doubt they are hiring internet agents to post on forums..
 
this citizenship/immigration is all about luck........i got asked for fingerprints for my citizenship application...still it took 11 months for the whole process..the online timeline says...23 months..so yea iam lucky on this..my sisters application toko 6 months....where as one of my uncle is waiting for 3 years plus..

but on the otherhand..i applied for my wife's sponsorship application...itz been 16 months...still no news...where as all my friends who applied after me..their application took 6 months to process...6 to 8 months..

I hope you understand what i try to mean.....

i have been a lurker in this forum and only recently decided to post. while i didn't experience any good news, i have witnessed others get oath letters when we took our test. So it's all a matter of luck. We may not be part of it but it doesnt mean it's not happening. Hope their good experience gets our RQ'd applications moving faster. I know it is frustrating to gather all documents and wait... wait... and wait... >:(
